“Mobbing” is a German term for “harassment at the workplace”. Tom and Mark have complained to the worker’s council that they are being harassed: Tom does not like the jokes about his clothes and haircut, while Mark disapproves of questions whether he is taking half the day off when he leaves at 4:30.

Now, I agree that such jokes are completely childish, and anybody who has gotten out of Kindergarden should be beyond such jokes. However, they are both very capable of firing back.

I am not involved in this case – I do not make any jokes about Tom and Mark, because I rather like them. It seems that the accused are mainly Hans and our boss. It should be interesting to see how this works out.
