I’ve lost 5kg (10.5 lbs) in March, since I started my diet. It’s slowed down a little after quick initial progress, because I gave in to some urges during a particularily stressful week, but I am back on track now. I have modest goals; I’d like to lose another 2-3kg (4.2 – 6.3 lbs) by the end of April.

At least, I think, for March I don’t need to get scolded.
