There has been a routing problem for about 3 weeks. I told them it was a routing problem, anyway, but nobody listened. Today they finally figured out – eh, guess what, it’s a routing issue. So I sent them the following order:
“Please add a hostroute to 192.168.111.222 on dmz_router_6, same destination as 192.168.1.0/24.”
Came the reply:
“Is that a 24 netmask?”
I am no longer surprised that the routing was not only broken, but took over three weeks to fix. And on that thought, I am gonna route myself home for the day.
