Enough is enough.

A customer of ours is planning a sales campaign in two weeks. As always, they request on-call duty by my co-workers and me. When they first started these campaigns, they did them once every 4 months or so. Now they do them once every three weeks. I have now declined to be on-call for the next campaign. I usually get the “easy shift”, because my co-workers are more involved in the project. But for being on-call (when no calls are made) I get one eighth the time paid. And I’m really fed up with that.

So, no Secretgeek on the phone next time.
