We’re having severe quality problems with the ticket handling by our first level support. So I overheard this conversation between two managers:

First manager: “So what do we do about First Level?”

Small pause.

Second manager: “Nuke it from orbit -”

First manager: “- that’s one way to be sure, yes.”
